Wir entwickeln Fördertechnik vorwiegend im Bereich der Automobilindustrie und sorgen damit für eine moderne und störungsfreie Produktion. Zur Verstärkung unserer Konstruktion suchen wir einen Konstrukteur (m/w/d), der gemeinsam mit unserem Team Fördertechnikelemente entwickelt und konstruiert.
Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie konstruieren eigenständig Förderelemente und entwickeln innovative Lösungen für unsere vielfältigen Projekte
- Sie arbeiten eng mit dem Projektleiter, dem Team und unseren Lieferanten zusammen und stimmen sich technisch ab
- Sie nehmen an Team-Meetings zur Abstimmung und Optimierung laufender Projekte teil
- Sie stellen die Einhaltung von Kundenanforderungen, Budgets und geltenden Sicherheitsvorschriften sicher
- Sie dokumentieren Ihre Arbeitsergebnisse und begleiten die Projekte aktiv von der Idee bis zur Umsetzung

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Maschinenbau oder eine Technikerausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Maschinenbau
- Sie haben idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung in der Fördertechnik oder im Anlagenbau (keine zwingende Voraussetzung)
- Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens Niveau C1)
- Sie sind bereit zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen zu Kund:innen und Lieferant:innen
- Sie gehen sicher mit CAD-Software um (idealerweise Autodesk Inventor oder vergleichbare Systeme) und besitzen ein hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung, Zuverlässigkeit und Qualitätsbewusstsein
- Sie haben Organisationsgeschick, bewährte Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität bei wechselnden Aufgabenstellungen sowie gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und ein verbindliches Auftreten

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
