Wir sind die meisterleistung GmbH sind seit 2005 eine Agentur im "Betrieblichen Gesundheitsmanagement" und ebenfalls Betreiber der Stuttgart Physio, eine moderne Physiotherapie-Praxis in Stuttgart-Mitte. Seit unserer Gründung setzen wir auf aktive Therapie, um Patient:innen schnell und nachhaltig in Bewegung zu bringen.
Unser erfahrenes Team aus hochqualifizierten Therapeut:innen bietet ein breites Spektrum an Leistungen: von klassischer Physiotherapie auf Rezept über medizinisches Training und T-Rena bis hin zu spezialisierten Programmen wie Return to Activity (zertifiziert durch das OS Institut) und sportwissenschaftlicher Diagnostik. Zudem führen wir Ultraschall-Check-Ups durch, um individuelle Therapieansätze zu optimieren.

Was erwartet dich?
- Du baust dir deinen eigenen Stamm an Patient:innen und Sportler:innen auf und begleitest sie nachhaltig.
- Du berätst deine Patient:innen individuell zu ihrem Genesungsweg und erstellst evidenzbasierte Trainingspläne.
- Du übernimmst die fachliche Leitung (MT), coachst das Team bei komplexen Krankheitsbildern und sicherst unsere hohe Behandlungsqualität.
- Du gestaltest aktiv unsere Einsätze im betrieblichen Gesundheitsmanagement und in der Sportbetreuung (z. B. Kickers, Flashers) mit.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich Physiotherapie.
- Du bringst zwingend die Zertifikatsposition Manuelle Therapie (MT) mit, um die fachliche Leitung zu übernehmen.
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit aktiven Therapiekonzepten und hast eine ausgeprägte Leidenschaft für den Sport.
- Du zeichnest dich durch eine eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise, Teamgeist und Lust auf moderne, digitale Praxisabläufe aus.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
