Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie erstellen selbständig Brandschutzkonzepte und Brandschutznachweise für Neubauprojekte und Bauvorhaben im Bestand
- Sie führen Brandschutzbegehungen durch, planen projektspezifisch, bewerten und nehmen Bestände auf und kontrollieren die Bauausführung
- Sie erstellen Gutachten im vorbeugenden Brandschutz
- Sie klären brandschutzrelevante Belange mit Auftraggeber:innen, Planer:innen, Behörden, Planungspartner:innen und der Feuerwehr
- Sie sind verantwortlich für den Auf- und Ausbau der Abteilung Brandschutz

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein Ingenieurstudium mit dem Abschlussgrad Bachelor, Master oder Diplom mit gutem Erfolg abgeschlossen
- Sie bringen eine mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der brandschutztechnischen Beratung und Fachplanung mit
- Sie verfügen idealerweise über die Qualifikation als Fachingenieur:in für Brandschutz oder die Anerkennung als nachweisberechtigte Person für vorbeugenden Brandschutz
- Sie besitzen Kenntnisse in den einschlägigen Regelwerken und Erfahrung in der Anwendung von Standardbürosoftware (MS-Office)
- Sie arbeiten selbstständig, analytisch, strukturiert und ergebnisorientiert
- Sie haben eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe, eine dienstleistungsorientierte Einsatzbereitschaft, gute Deutschkenntnisse und einen Führerschein der Klasse B

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
