Du unterstützt den Senior Advisor BCM aktiv im Tagesgeschäft und beim Management des BCMS für unsere Gruppe
Du erstellst und pflegst Richtlinien, Prozesse und Dokumentationen für das BCM und Krisenmanagement
Du treibst die BCM-Lebenszyklusschritte in den Fachbereichen proaktiv voran, moderierst und begleitest Business Impact Analysen (BIA), Business Continuity Risk Assessments (BCRA) sowie die Planerstellung (BCP)
Du planst, moderierst und dokumentierst BCM-Tests und -Übungen in den verschiedenen Geschäftsbereichen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem IT Emergency Management
Du schulst, schaffst Awareness und bietest methodische Anleitung für dezentrale BCM-Verantwortliche, Prozess- und Produktowner sowie Business Continuity Koordinatoren für die operative Ausführung der BCM-Prozesse
Du führst BCM-Audits durch und verfolgst Korrektur- und Vorsorgemaßnahmen (CAPA) und arbeitest eng mit den verschiedenen Geschäftsbereichen und Töchtern unserer Gruppe zusammen

Was solltest du mitbringen?

Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor/Master) in Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Business Risk & Security Management oder einem verwandten Bereich
Du bringst 2–3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Business Continuity Management, IT Service Continuity Management, Krisenmanagement oder in der entsprechenden Beratung mit
Du hast praktische Erfahrung mit der BCM-Methodik, wie der Durchführung von BIAs, Risikobewertungen, Entwicklung von Kontinuitätsstrategien und -plänen sowie der Moderation von Übungen/Tests
Du verfügst über ein grundlegendes Verständnis der relevanten Gesetze, Vorschriften und Industriestandards in Bezug auf Business Continuity Management Systeme, insbesondere NIS2, KRITIS, C5, ISO 22301 und 27001, BSI Standard 200-4
Du arbeitest selbständig, strukturiert und proaktiv mit der Fähigkeit, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und Prozesse voranzutreiben
Du besitzt starke Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten, verbunden mit einer serviceorientierten Denkweise, um Business- und IT-Einheiten während der Implementierungsphase methodisch zu leiten und zu motivieren
Du bist fließend in Deutsch und Englisch (schriftlich und mündlich) und hast idealerweise Erfahrung mit Jira und Confluence
