Ecco ist ein Infrastruktur-Startup mit Sitz in München. Unser System verbindet PMS, Buchungsmaschinen und Compliance zu einem einzigen, ereignisvalidierten Datenkreislauf. Wir arbeiten schlank, zielgerichtet und schaffen etwas strukturell Neues.
Wir suchen einen Founding Product Engineer, der die Verantwortung für den Kern dieses Stacks übernimmt.
Dies ist keine Rolle als reiner Feature-Entwickler. Du arbeitest direkt mit dem Gründer zusammen, triffst wichtige architektonische Entscheidungen und baust Systeme, die nicht nur schnell, sondern auch richtig funktionieren müssen.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die volle Verantwortung für unsere Produktentwicklung und implementierst Funktionen über unseren gesamten Tech-Stack hinweg mit TypeScript, React, Node.js und MongoDB.
- Du triffst wichtige architektonische Entscheidungen für unsere AWS-basierte Infrastruktur und legst dabei den Fokus auf Skalierbarkeit, Performance und langfristige Stabilität.
- In direkter Zusammenarbeit mit dem Gründer und externen IT-Partnern definierst du die technische Roadmap und treibst die Integration neuer Systeme voran.
- Du entwirfst und entwickelst robuste Schnittstellen zu externen Systemen, wie z. B. Property Management Systemen (PMS) und Buchungsmaschinen.
- Du gestaltest aktiv die technische Grundlage unserer Plattform, indem du Best Practices etablierst und eine hohe Codequalität sicherstellst.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Erfahrung: Du verfügst über mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung und hast einen Hintergrund in der Informatik, Softwareentwicklung oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet.
- Kenntnisse im Tech-Stack: Du hast fundierte praktische Erfahrung in folgenden Bereichen: TypeScript, React, Node.js/NestJS, MongoDB, AWS. Ereignisbasierte Validierungslogik. Integrationen mit PMS, Buchungssystemen und ähnlichen Lösungen.
- Analytische Denkweise: Du denkst gerne kreativ und bist in der Lage, komplexe Probleme in effiziente, skalierbare technische Lösungen zu zerlegen.
- Teamgeist: Du blühst in einem Teamumfeld auf und arbeitest gerne eng mit internen Teams sowie externen IT-Experten und Partnern zusammen.
- Kommunikationsfähigkeiten: Du bist in der Lage, komplexe technische Ideen verschiedenen Stakeholdern klar und effektiv zu vermitteln.
- Sprachen: Du verfügst über sichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1 Niveau)

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
