Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie sind als Mitarbeiter:in im Vertriebsinnendienst (m/w/d) für das Angebotsmanagement und die Rechnungsstellung verantwortlich
- Sie wickeln Aufträge ab, einschließlich der Auftragsannahme, des Prüfens und Erfassens von Bestellungen, der Kontrolle von Auftragsbestätigungen sowie der Erfassung und Pflege von Auftragsänderungen
- Sie entwickeln durch Ihr Know-how Lösungen, um Kundenanforderungen umzusetzen
- Sie führen Verhandlungen mit Ihrem eigenen Kundenstamm und übernehmen die Stammdatenpflege von Kunden- und Projektdaten
- Sie koordinieren die Reklamationseingänge und Anfragen, was Ihr Aufgabengebiet abrundet

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
