Du installierst, betreibst und wartest die Server sowie die Arbeitsplatz-PCs und übrige Hardware
Du kümmerst dich um die Installation, den Betrieb und die Wartung sämtlicher Netzwerkprogramme und unterstützt bei der Installation arbeitsplatzbezogener Software
Du unterstützt bei der Überwachung der Netzwerksicherheit und gewährleistest den Schutz vor unbefugten Zugriffen
Du überwachst den IT-Bestand, sowohl Hard- als auch Software
Du bietest First-Level-Support für Mitarbeitende
Du bist die Ansprechperson für externe IT-Dienstleister und arbeitest eng mit der IT-Leitung an Optimierungsmaßnahmen bezüglich Performance, Kosten und KI sowie Verbesserungsvorschlägen

Was solltest du mitbringen?

Du bringst mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Administration von IT-Systemen mit
Du hast eine Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder eine kaufmännisch/technische Ausbildung mit entsprechender Weiterbildung
Du verfügst über umfangreiche Administrator-Kenntnisse der eingesetzten Software, insbesondere MS Windows, MS Office sowie idealerweise FactWork und Phoenix, und in der Netzwerkadministration (Microsoft, Linux, VMware etc.)
Du arbeitest proaktiv und selbständig
Du denkst analytisch und unternehmerisch
Du besitzt kommunikative Fähigkeiten und sprichst fließend Deutsch sowie gut Englisch
