Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist Teil unserer schlagkräftigen Entwicklungsmannschaft und nimmst einen verantwortungsvollen Platz innerhalb unserer Projektorganisation ein.
- Du verantwortest den Prozess des Requirements Engineering, treibst diesen voran und bindest die erforderlichen Expert:innen wie bspw. UX Designer und Solution Architects mit ein.
- Du begleitest abwechslungsreiche, agil durchgeführte Softwareentwicklungsprojekte, identifizierst Anforderungen und stimmst diese mit den Stakeholdern ab.
- Du entwirfst Use Cases und verfasst User Stories in dem von Dir verantworteten Backlog.
- Du entwickelst mit dem Kunden eine Produktvision und treibst Themen wie Roadmap oder Release-Management voran.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes kaufmännisches oder technisches Studium (z.B. Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, BWL) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Du bringst mind. 5 Jahre Projekterfahrung im Requirements Engineering mit.
- Kenntnisse agiler Projektmanagement-Methoden wie Scrum, Design Thinking etc. sowie agiler Softwareentwicklung stellen die Basis deiner Arbeit dar.
- Ausgeprägte Lösungsorientierung und Prozessaffinität sowie wirtschaftliches Denken setzt du gekonnt im direkten Kundenkontakt und Team ein.
- Du bist offen, selbstbewusst und weißt deine Position zu vertreten.
- Du bringst sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse mit.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
