Gemeinsam mit IAM-Experten, SAP-Architekten, Security-Spezialisten und Fachbereichen entwickelst du Lösungen rund um SAP GRC Access Control und trägst dazu bei, Risiken transparent zu machen, Berechtigungsprozesse zu automatisieren und Compliance-Anforderungen nachhaltig zu erfüllen.
Dein Fokus liegt nicht nur auf der technischen Implementierung von SAP GRC, sondern auf der Gestaltung moderner Governance-Prozesse, die Unternehmen dabei unterstützen, Zugriffe sicher, nachvollziehbar und effizient zu steuern.
Deine Aufgaben
• Konfiguration und Weiterentwicklung der Module Access Risk Analysis (ARA), Access Request Management (ARM), Business Role Management (BRM) und Emergency Access Management (EAM)
• Analyse und Bewertung von Segregation-of-Duties-(SoD)-Risiken sowie Entwicklung geeigneter Kontrollmechanismen
• Konzeption und Optimierung von Genehmigungs- und Berechtigungsprozessen
• Entwicklung und Pflege von Rollen- und Berechtigungskonzepten für SAP-Landschaften
• Unterstützung bei Audit-, Rezertifizierungs- und Compliance-Prozessen
• Integration von SAP GRC in hybride IAM-Umgebungen, z. B. mit SAP Cloud Identity Services, SAP Identity Management, Microsoft Azure oder weiteren IAM-Lösungen
• Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen, Revision, Security-Teams und externen Stakeholdern
• Mitarbeit in agilen Projektteams nach modernen Methoden wie SAFe

Dein Profil
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in SAP GRC Access Control und mindestens einem der Module ARA, ARM, BRM oder EAM
• Erfahrung mit SAP-Berechtigungskonzepten in SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA oder SAP Fiori
• Verständnis von Governance-, Risk- und Compliance-Anforderungen im Unternehmensumfeld
• Kenntnisse zu Segregation of Duties (SoD), Risikomanagement und Audit-Anforderungen
• Erfahrung in der Beratung von Kunden oder internen Fachbereichen
• Strukturierte, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
