Deine Aufgaben

Disziplinarische und fachliche Führung eines innovativen Entwickler-Teams
Strategische Weiterentwicklung des Teams in Abstimmung mit der Entwicklungsleitung
Enge Abstimmung mit den anderen Teamleitern in diesem Bereich bei der Weiterentwicklung und Pflege unserer Methodik zur Erstellung von Embedded Software
Kompetenzbasierte Förderung von Talenten in fachlicher und persönlicher Hinsicht
Ressourcenplanung zusammen mit der Projektleitung sowie eng verzahnte Zusammenarbeit mit den anderen Teamleitern in der Entwicklung
Einhaltung technischer Standards und Normen für Qualität und Arbeitsschutz

Betreuung und Koordination folgender Themenschwerpunkte:

Auswahl einer geeigneten Software-Plattform
Erstellung und Freigabe einer geeigneten Software-Architektur
Integration der benötigten Softwarekomponenten
Backlog- und Sprintplanung für die Produktsoftware
Verwaltung der Geräteparameter inkl. drahtgebundener und drahtloser Kommunikation
Erstellung und Freigabe der Softwarestände

Dein Profil

Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Langjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Softwareentwicklung
Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Teamleiter, Projektleiter oder Product Owner
Profunde Führungskompetenz sowie methodische und didaktische Kompetenzen
Ausgeprägte Problemlösefähigkeit und logisches Denken
