- Du entwickelst visuell ansprechende und interaktive UI/UX-Schnittstellenelemente, die Konsistenz und Zugänglichkeit auf unserer webbasierten Plattform der nächsten Generation gewährleisten
- Du arbeitest funktionsübergreifend mit Ingenieur:innen, Produktmanager:innen und Stakeholdern zusammen, stellst klare und umsetzbare Designdokumentationen bereit und beteiligst dich aktiv an der Sprint-Planung
- Du führst Usability-Tests und Feedback-Sitzungen durch, sammelst Feedback und verfeinerst Designs, um optimale Benutzererfahrungen zu gewährleisten, die mit den Erkenntnissen zum Benutzerverhalten übereinstimmen
- Du trägst zur Entwicklung und Pflege von Designsystemen bei, um Geschwindigkeit, Konsistenz und eine einheitliche Designsprache in der gesamten Produktpalette zu gewährleisten

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast über 5 Jahre Erfahrung in den Bereichen User Experience, User Interface und Design mit Schwerpunkt auf komplexen und modernen digitalen Produkten
- Du hast Erfahrung im Design komplexer Webanwendungen und nachgewiesene Erfolge im Design funktionsreicher, funktionaler und visuell ansprechender webbasierter Anwendungen, die über Marketing-Websites hinausgehen
- Du beherrschst führende Design-Tools wie Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD und Canva
- Du bist anpassungsfähig in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld und hast die Fähigkeit, mit dynamischen Arbeitsumgebungen umzugehen und enge Fristen für Design-Ergebnisse einzuhalten
- Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse von Agenten-Workflows und Einblick in moderne Trends in den Bereichen Automatisierung, KI und Multi-Agenten-System-Workflows
