Als Architekt (w/m/d) mit Schwerpunkt auf den Leistungsphasen 5 bis 8 übernehmen Sie eine zentrale Rolle in der Ausführungsplanung, Ausschreibung und Bauüberwachung anspruchsvoller Bauprojekte. Sie arbeiten in einem vielseitigen Umfeld, das Projekte vom Gewerbe- und Industriebau über Denkmalpflege bis hin zu Wohnungsbau und Einfamilienhäusern umfasst.
Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie übernehmen eine zentrale Rolle in der Ausführungsplanung, Ausschreibung und Bauüberwachung anspruchsvoller Bauprojekte
- Sie arbeiten in einem vielseitigen Umfeld, das Projekte vom Gewerbebau und Industriebau über Denkmalpflege bis hin zu Wohnungsbau und Einfamilienhäusern umfasst
- Sie legen Ihren Fokus auf die Umsetzung und Realisierung von Bauvorhaben
- Sie erstellen detaillierte Ausführungsplanungen, begleiten Ausschreibungen und Vergaben und stellen im Rahmen der Bauüberwachung sicher, dass Projekte termingerecht, wirtschaftlich und in hoher Qualität umgesetzt werden
- Sie arbeiten eng mit Bauherren, Fachplanern, Behörden und ausführenden Unternehmen zusammen und übernehmen eine koordinierende Rolle im Projektverlauf
- Sie bringen Ihre fachliche Expertise sowie Ihre strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise ein, um Projekte effizient zu steuern und weiterzuentwickeln
- Sie nutzen moderne Planungs und Ausschreibungssoftware wie OrcaAVA und arbeiten routiniert mit gängigen EDV Programmen, um Planungsprozesse professionell umzusetzen
- Sie haben die Möglichkeit, Ihre eigenen Ideen einzubringen und aktiv an innovativen und nachhaltigen Lösungen mitzuwirken
- Sie tragen in einem offenen und kollegialen Teamumfeld dazu bei, Projekte nicht nur technisch umzusetzen, sondern auch gestalterisch weiterzuentwickeln
- Sie planen und realisieren individuelle Projekte von Gewerbe über Industriebau und Denkmalpflege bis hin zu Wohnungsbau und Einfamilienhäusern in allen Leistungsphasen der HOAI

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Architektur (Dipl. Ing. / M.A. / M.Sc.)
- Sie verfügen über fundierte Kenntnisse und mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in den LPH 5-8
- Sie gehen professionell mit den gängigen EDV-Programmen sowie OrcaAVA um
- Sie sind souverän und sicher im Umgang mit Bauherr:innen, Baufirmen und Fachplaner:innen
- Sie haben gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sie sind motiviert, arbeiten strukturiert und eigenverantwortlich
- Sie arbeiten präzise, selbständig und lösungsorientiert
- Sie haben eine Liebe zur Architektur, sind ideenreich und kreativ

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
