Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben einen Abschluss als Kaufmann (m/w/d) für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit einschlägiger Berufspraxis oder ein abgeschlossenes (betriebswirtschaftliches) Studium
- Sie verfügen über Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position mit Führungsverantwortung oder als Dispositionsleiter (m/w/d)
- Sie bringen Motivation und eine Hands-On-Mentalität mit, um Prozesse stetig weiterzuentwickeln
- Sie besitzen Branchen-Know-how zu Markt, Wettbewerb und Produkten, was wünschenswert ist
- Sie habe sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse auf mindestens C1 Niveau
- Sie haben gute Grundkenntnisse in Englisch (mindestens B2)
- Sie besitzen einen gültigen PKW Führerschein Klasse B
- Sie sind ein verantwortungsbewusstes Kommunikationstalent mit sozial kompetentem Führungsstil und selbstständiger Arbeitsweise

Tradition trifft Moderne Die Curt Richter SE ist ein familiengeführtes Unternehmen in dritter Generation, das seit 1936 für Zuverlässigkeit und Innovation steht. Gegründet in Brachstedt bei Halle, verlagerte sich der Firmensitz bald in die Chemieregion Köln/Leverkusen. What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
