Was erwartet dich?
- Du leitest fachlich und organisatorisch ein Team von zwei Mitarbeitenden und förderst deren Weiterentwicklung im Themenfeld Netzanschluss
- Du verantwortest die Umsetzung von Netzanschlüssen aller Projekte – von der Netzanschlussanfrage bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss
- Du steuerst laufende Projekte proaktiv und stellst den fristgerechten Abschluss aller Netzanschlussthemen sicher
- Du erstellst, koordinierst und überwachst Zeitpläne für die Umsetzung des Netzanschlusses
- Du bist die Hauptansprechperson für alle Netzanschlussthemen und agierst als Schnittstelle zwischen Netzbetreibern, EPC-Partner:innen und interner Projektleitung
- Du arbeitest eng mit Netzbetreibern zusammen, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf sicherzustellen und technische sowie prozessuale Anforderungen zu klären

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Energie, Ingenieurwesen, Projektmanagement oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation – Berufserfahrung im Bereich Netzanschluss oder Projektumsetzung ist von Vorteil
- Du hast Erfahrung in der fachlichen und organisatorischen Leitung von kleinen Teams sowie deren Weiterentwicklung
- Du hast praktische Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von Netzanschlüssen oder vergleichbaren technischen Projekten
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Organisations- und Projektsteuerungsfähigkeiten, insbesondere bei der Erstellung und Einhaltung von Zeitplänen
- Du besitzt ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Schnittstellenkompetenz im Umgang mit internen Teams, Netzbetreibern und EPC-Partner:innen
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, lösungsorientiert und eigenständig

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
