Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie managen Kleinkunden und betreuen sowie entwickeln bestehende Kleinkunden weiter, um Share-of-Wallet-Wachstum, Cross-Selling und Margenmanagement zu fördern
- Sie akquirieren proaktiv neue Kleinkunden per Telefon oder Video
- Sie erstellen Angebote und Preise und bearbeiten Anfragen sowie Qualitätsbeschwerden
- Sie pflegen und dokumentieren alle Aktivitäten im CRM und führen Web- und LinkedIn-Recherchen durch
- Sie analysieren Märkte und Wettbewerber und qualifizieren sowie managen Leads im CRM
- Sie unterstützen ausgewählte Marketinginitiativen und setzen verschiedene Kundenbefragungen um

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben einen Bachelor-Abschluss in Wirtschaft, Marketing oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich oder verfügen über gleichwertige relevante Berufserfahrung
- Sie bringen ca. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in Kundenservice, Kundenmanagement oder Verkauf mit
- Sie haben idealerweise Erfahrung im Verkauf von Industrieverpackungen
- Sie beherrschen sehr gutes, in der Praxis bewährtes Englisch (C1 Niveau) und verfügen über ausgezeichnete schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Ihre Deutschkenntnisse sind sehr gut in Wort und Schrift (mindestens C1 Niveau)
- Sie arbeiten selbständig und serviceorientiert und sind befähigt, langfristige vertrauensvolle Geschäftsverbindungen aufzubauen und zu pflegen
- Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit der Microsoft Office Suite und haben ein gutes technisches Verständnis sowie Interesse an einem umfassenden Produktportfolio

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
