Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie betreuen und entwickeln bestehende Kleinkunden weiter und unterstützen bei der Angebotserstellung, insbesondere während der Reiseaktivitäten des Außendienstes
- Sie wickeln Kundenaufträge komplett ab, stimmen Liefertermine ab, sind die zentrale Kontaktperson bei Rückfragen und sind verantwortlich für die Erfassung und Abwicklung von Reklamationen
- Sie übernehmen die Disposition und Versandlogistik, einschließlich der LKW-Disposition für Anlieferung und Abholung von Material und Waren, der Versandabfertigung (Erstellung von Lieferpapieren und Zolldokumenten) sowie der Ausschreibung von Frachten und der Prüfung der Speditionsrechnungen
- Sie kümmern sich um Abrechnung, Datenmanagement und Systempflege, insbesondere die Abrechnungsprüfung, laufende Datenpflege und Dokumentation sowie die kontinuierliche Aktualisierung der Preisliste im ERP-System
- Sie planen, analysieren und optimieren, indem Sie regelmäßige Berichte und Analysen zur Optimierung der Logistikstruktur erstellen und die Produktionsplanung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Produktionsleitung abstimmen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
• Mindesten 1 Jahr relevante Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst, in der Disposition oder im Speditionswesen sowie im Kundenservice ist erforderlich
• Der sichere Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Outlook und Excel, gehört zu Ihren Stärken
• Sie bringen sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift mit (C1 Niveau); eine
weitere Fremdsprache ist wünschenswert (aber kein Muss)
• Ihre Arbeitsweise zeichnet sich durch Zuverlässigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und eine
ausgeprägte Teamorientierung aus

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
