Was erwartet dich?
- Du berätst deine Kund:innen ganzheitlich und empathisch auf ihrem Weg zum Eigenheim – vom ersten Gespräch über die Bedarfsanalyse bis zur passenden Finanzierungsstrategie.
- Auf Basis deiner Analyse vergleichst du Angebote von über 500 Partnerbanken und stellst die optimale Finanzierungslösung zusammen, die perfekt zu den Wünschen deiner Kund:innen passt.
- Du begleitest den gesamten Finanzierungsprozess von der Antragstellung bis zur Auszahlung und bist dabei die zentrale Ansprechperson für deine Kund:innen und die Finanzierungspartner.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Backoffice-Team sorgst du für eine reibungslose und schnelle Abwicklung aller Vorgänge.
- Du baust proaktiv deinen eigenen Kundenstamm auf und pflegst dein Netzwerk zu lokalen Partnern, um eine nachhaltige Geschäftsentwicklung sicherzustellen.

- Du bringst fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Baufinanzierung mit – eine Ausbildung zum Bankkaufmann (m/w/d) ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss.
- Vertrieb ist deine Leidenschaft: Du berätst wertschätzend, zielorientiert und hast Freude daran, für deine Kund:innen die beste Lösung zu finden.
- Du bist ein Netzwerktalent und baust proaktiv und mit Eigeninitiative Beziehungen zu lokalen Partnern und Unternehmen auf.
- Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich und strukturiert, schätzt aber auch den Austausch und die Zusammenarbeit im Team.
- Für die professionelle Beratung unserer Kundschaft sprichst du verhandlungssicheres Deutsch.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
