Was erwartet dich?
- Du verantwortest die technische Weiterentwicklung des Sortiments unserer Eigenmarken Silentware und FROZN im Bereich PC-Gehäuse, Netzteile, CPU-Kühler und Zubehör
- Du definierst Produktspezifikationen eigenständig und auf technischer Tiefe — inkl. Effizienzklassen, Thermik, Airflow, Toleranzen, Materialien und Fertigungsverfahren
- Du bewertest Produktmuster technisch selbst: du misst, testest und dokumentierst Qualität auf Komponentenebene und erkennst Mängel ohne Dritte einschalten zu müssen
- Du recherchierst und qualifizierst Auftragsfertiger in China und Taiwan anhand technischer Kriterien und erweiterst unser Herstellernetzwerk bei Bedarf
- Du verhandelst Spezifikationen und Preise direkt mit den Fabriken — auf Basis deiner eigenen technischen Einschätzung
- Du planst den Marktstart neuer Produkte gemeinsam mit Marketing, eCommerce und Portfoliomanagement
- Du entwickelst Forecasts und betreibst aktives Bestandsmanagement für unsere Eigenmarken gemeinsam mit Einkauf und Logistik

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, Informatik oder einem vergleichbaren ingenieurwissenschaftlichen Bereich — oder verfügst über gleichwertige Praxiserfahrung
- Du kennst PC-Komponenten auf technischer Tiefe: du verstehst, was hinter Specs wie 80-Plus-Platinum, TDP, Ripple & Noise, Statik- und Druckoptimierung bei Lüftern oder Wärmeleitfähigkeit von CPU-Kühlern steckt — und kannst das eigenständig messen und bewerten
- Du hast Erfahrung in der technischen Qualitätssicherung oder im Qualitätsmanagement — strukturierte Prüfprozesse, Fehlerdokumentation und Ursachenanalyse sind dir vertraut
- Du arbeitest methodisch und präzise: du legst Testprotokolle an, dokumentierst Ergebnisse nachvollziehbar und ziehst daraus konkrete Produktentscheidungen
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse; Englisch setzt du sicher in technischen Verhandlungen ein
- Du bist bereit, regelmäßig Produktionsstandorte in China und Taiwan sowie unsere deutschen Standorte zu besuchen

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
