Was erwartet Sie?
- Disposition und Planung von nationalen und internationalen Landtransporten
- Koordination des Fuhrparks sowie der Fahrereinsatzplanung
- Kommunikation mit unseren Kunden, Lieferanten und Subunternehmern
- Überwachung der Lenk-, Ruhe- und Arbeitszeiten der Fahrer
- Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards, Datenschutzvorgaben und relevanten Vorschriften
- Permanente Nachdisposition der Touren in Abstimmung mit den Kundenwünschen und -anforderungen
- Sicherstellung eines optimalen Fahrzeugeinsatzes und effizienten Transportablaufs

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Kaufmann/-frau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Disposition von Landverkehren, idealerweise im Lebensmittelbereich
- Sicherer Umgang mit Transportmanagementsystemen (TMS) und MS Office; Kenntnisse in Soloplan CarLo sind von Vorteil
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse
- Eigeninitiative, selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit und Teamfähigkeit
- Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent und hohes Durchsetzungsvermögen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
