Werden Sie Teil einer zukunftssicheren Branche und treiben Sie den Erfolg in Ihrem Vertriebsgebiet eigenverantwortlich und mit starkem Rückhalt aus dem Innendienst voran.
Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie beraten unsere B2B- und B2C-Kund:innen (z. B. Zimmereien, Holzbaubetriebe) zielgerichtet vor Ort in Ihrem festgelegten Vertriebsgebiet
- Sie bauen bestehende, langjährige Kundenbeziehungen aus und akquirieren proaktiv Neukund:innen
- Sie kalkulieren und erstellen maßgeschneiderte Angebote, führen Preisverhandlungen und verfolgen Abschlüsse konsequent nach
- Sie arbeiten bei der Auftragsabwicklung Hand in Hand mit unserem Vertriebsinnendienst-Team
- Sie beobachten kontinuierlich den regionalen Markt und identifizieren neue Absatzpotenziale für unsere Holzbau-Produktpalette

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben idealerweise eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem technischen oder kaufmännischen Berufsbild
- Sie verfügen über Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Vertriebsposition im Großhandel, was wünschenswert ist
- Sie besitzen fundierte MS Office-Kenntnisse
- Sie treten souverän auf und haben Verhandlungsgeschick
- Sie zeichnen sich durch auffälliges rhetorisches und psychologisches Geschick aus
- Sie verhalten sich kunden- und serviceorientiert und haben gute Umgangsformen
- Sie haben Leidenschaft und Freude an der Produktpalette des konstruktiven Holzbaus

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
