Was erwartet Sie?

Sie pflegen und warten standortübergreifend die IT-Infrastruktur einschließlich Installation, Planung und Konfiguration (u. a. Microsoft 365, Windows, Citrix XenApp, iOS)
Sie administrieren, konfigurieren und implementieren verfügbare Virtualisierungslösungen (u. a. im Open-Source-Bereich)
Sie sind Ansprechperson im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support und analysieren sowie beheben auftretende Störungen gemeinsam mit den internen Anwender:innen
Sie wirken bei der Konzeption technischer IT-Architekturen mit und unterstützen bei der Durchführung technischer Projekte im IT-Umfeld
Sie fungieren als Schnittstelle zwischen internen Fachabteilungen und externen Softwareherstellern
Sie führen fachspezifische Schulungen durch und erstellen Dokumentationen sowie Benutzeranleitungen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?

Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Fachinformatiker:in für Systemintegration oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung (z. B. IT-Systemkaufmann/-frau, IT-Systemtechniker:in) bzw. einen vergleichbaren Werdegang
Sie verfügen idealerweise über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als IT-Systemadministrator:in oder in einem ähnlichen Berufsumfeld
Sie besitzen fundierte Netzwerk-, Server- und Sicherheitssoftwarekenntnisse
Sie sind ausgeprägt kunden- und serviceorientiert und haben eine Hands-on-Mentalität
Sie denken analytisch, pragmatisch und lösungsorientiert
