Was erwartet Dich?
- Du verantwortest Lüftungsprojekte ganzheitlich – von der Konzeptionierung über die Beschaffung und Ausführung bis zur Inbetriebnahme und Übergabe
- Du erstellst und kalkulierst Angebote und steuerst die projektbezogenen Abrechnungen und das Nachtragsmanagement
- Du führst Baubesprechungen mit Auftraggebern und Nachunternehmern und koordinierst Montagepersonal sowie Fremdfirmen
- Du stellst die Einhaltung von Kosten-, Termin- und Qualitätszielen sicher und überwachst alle relevanten Vorschriften zu Arbeitssicherheit, Qualität und Umwelt
- Du arbeitest flexibel aus dem Büro und vor Ort auf der Baustelle

Was solltest Du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Techniker- oder Meisterausbildung im Bereich Heizungs-, Klima-, Lüftungs-, Sanitärtechnik (HKLS) oder eine gleichwertige Qualifikation
- Du bringst mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Lüftungstechnik mit, idealerweise in einer Projektleitungsfunktion
- Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, organisiert und kundenorientiert – mit souveränem Auftreten gegenüber Auftraggebern und Nachunternehmern
- Du verfügst über Kenntnisse in der technischen und kalkulatorischen Berechnung sowie sichere Anwendung gängiger MS-Office-Produkte
- Du bringst Reisebereitschaft für Baustelleneinsätze in der Region mit

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
