Was erwartet dich?

Du erstellst Jahresabschlüsse nach HGB sowie Steuerbilanzen und bereitest Steuererklärungen und Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen vor
Du verantwortest die laufende Finanzbuchhaltung inkl. Kontenabstimmung und steuerst den Zahlungsverkehr, während du die Liquidität im Blick behältst
Du bist Ansprechpartner:in für Wirtschaftsprüfer, Steuerberater und Behörden und erstellst Reports, Kennzahlen und betriebswirtschaftliche Auswertungen
Du analysierst Kosten- und Ertragsstrukturen, leitest Handlungsempfehlungen ab und führst Wirtschaftlichkeits- und Investitionsberechnungen durch
Du wirkst bei Budgetplanung, Forecasts und Wirtschaftsplänen mit und entwickelst Controlling-Instrumente und Prozesse weiter
Du unterstützt die Miet- und Liegenschaftsbuchhaltung, begleitest Mietanpassungen und Nebenkostenprozesse und arbeitest eng mit internen Fachbereichen und externen Partnern zusammen

Was solltest du mitbringen?

Du bringst mindestens fünf Jahre Erfahrung im Rechnungswesen und/oder Controlling mit
Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d) oder ein Studium in BWL/Immobilienwirtschaft abgeschlossen
Du verfügst über sehr gute Kenntnisse in HGB und Steuerrecht
Du besitzt ein starkes analytisches Denkvermögen und Zahlenverständnis
Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel, idealerweise auch Wodis Yuneo
Du arbeitest strukturiert, eigenverantwortlich und lösungsorientiert und zeigst Kommunikationsstärke und Teamgeist

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
