Was erwartet dich?
- Du führst eigenständig Wartungs- und Inspektionsarbeiten an Fahrzeugen verschiedener Marken gemäß den Herstellervorgaben durch.
- Du übernimmst die fachgerechte Reparatur und Instandsetzung von Unfallschäden, von Karosserieteilen bis zur Mechanik.
- Mithilfe moderner Diagnosegeräte gehst Du systematisch auf Fehlersuche und behebst Störungen an mechanischen sowie elektronischen Systemen.
- Du dokumentierst Deine Arbeit sorgfältig und stimmst Dich bei komplexen Fällen eng mit Deinen Teamkollegen und dem Werkstattmeister ab.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Kfz-Mechatroniker (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Bei der Fehlerdiagnose und bei Reparaturen zeigst du handwerkliches Geschick und eine sorgfältige, verlässliche Arbeitsweise.
- Du schätzt ein familiäres Arbeitsumfeld und eine offene Kommunikation auf Augenhöhe – vom Azubi bis zur Geschäftsführung.
- Du besitzt einen gültigen Führerschein der Klasse B.
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse helfen dir bei der reibungslosen Abstimmung im Team.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
