Als Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d) bist du verantwortlich für die Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen, die Überwachung der Buchhaltung und die Sicherstellung der finanziellen Ordnung eines Unternehmens.
Du bildest das Bindeglied zwischen Buchhaltung, Geschäftsführung und externen Partnern wie Steuerberatern oder Wirtschaftsprüfern und sorgst dafür, dass gesetzliche Vorschriften eingehalten und fundierte finanzielle Entscheidungen getroffen werden können.

Was erwartet dich?
- Du führst die laufende Buchhaltung, sowie die Erstellung der mtl. Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen
- Du verantwortest das Kreditoren- und Debitorenmanagement inkl. Mahnwesen
- Du bist zuständig für die Finanzbuchhaltungen und Kontoabstimmungen im betrieblichen Rechnungswesen
- Du erstellst Monatsabschlüsse und das Controlling
- Du wirkst bei den Jahresabschlüssen bzw. Bilanzvorbereitung mit
- Du wertest Kennzahlen aus und erstellst betrieblichen Auswertungen (BAB/BWA/Statistiken)

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung und Berufserfahrung im Bereich Finanz- und Lohnbuchhaltung und Steuerrecht
- Du bringst min. 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Buchhalter (m/w/d) mit
- Du hast gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung
- Nicht zwingend, aber von Vorteil: Kenntnisse in der Bearbeitung von Baulohn
- Du hast gute DATEV-Kenntnisse (DATEV Arbeitsplatz), Erfahrungen mit DATEV-Lohnbuchhaltung wären wünschenswert
- Du glänzt mit deiner strukturierten und zuverlässigen Arbeitsweise und Flexibilität
- Du bringst verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (C2) in Wort und Schrift mit

Allgemeine Firmenbeschreibung: Die Firma Irrenhauser & Seitz ist ein seit 1970 familiengeführtes Hoch-, Holzbau- und Tiefbauunternehmen und beschäftigt derzeit ca. 100 Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterinnen im gewerblichen und kaufmännischen Bereich einschließlich Lehrlinge. Zudem werden als Bauträger ausgewählte Grundstücke in guten Lagen erworben, entwickelt und weiterverkauft bzw. der Immobilienstamm aufgebaut. Mit einer eigenen Immobilienverwaltung werden diese Objekte auch in der Nutzungsphase weiterhin betreut. Unsere Kunden bestehen aus Privatpersonen, Architekturbüros, Bauträger, andere Gewerbetreibende und die öffentliche Hand in einem Umkreis von ca. 50 km. Die Firma Irrenhauser & Seitz steht für Innovation und Fortschritt im Baubereich. So wurden immer wieder Versuche mit neuartigen Produkten z. B. Infraleichtbeton oder Verfahren wie Ziegelfertigbau und Stampflehm getestet und zum Teil etabliert. Vor drei Jahren wurde eine zusätzliche Abteilung Holzbau und Zimmerei hinzugenommen, durch die auf die gesellschaftliche und politische Entwicklung in der Baubranche reagiert wurde. Für die Vorfertigung der Holzelemente wurde eine komplett neue und modern ausgestattete Produktionshalle am Firmenstandort gebaut. Die Firma hat das Ziel weiter zu expandieren und sich den neuen Herausforderungen der Branche zu stellen, so wird am aktuellen Standort mittelfristig eine Erweiterung durchgeführt, die unter anderem das Schaffen von Mitarbeitendenwohnungen beinhaltet. Das Unternehmen kennzeichnet weiter eine familiäre Atmosphäre mit niedrigen Altersdurschnitt und geringer Fluktuation. Eine flache Hierarchie und Zusammenhalt wird im Team groß geschrieben.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
