Was erwartet Sie?
- Als Hauptverantwortliche:r erstellen Sie Jahresabschlüsse und komplexe Steuererklärungen für Mandant:innen diverser Rechtsformen, routiniert mit DATEV.
- Sie beraten Ihren festen Mandantenstamm proaktiv und unterstützen die Kanzleileitung bei steuerlichen Gestaltungsfragen und Strategien zur Steueroptimierung.
- Sie verantworten die Prüfung und Erstellung der Finanzbuchhaltungen und unterstützen bei Bedarf im Bereich der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungen.
- Sie erstellen aussagekräftige betriebswirtschaftliche Auswertungen, die als fundierte Entscheidungsgrundlage für die Geschäftsführung der Mandant:innen dienen.
- In enger Abstimmung mit Mandant:innen und Finanzbehörden begleiten Sie Betriebsprüfungen und gestalten aktiv die digitalen Kanzleiprozesse mit.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum Steuerfachwirt (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Sie bringen zwei bis drei Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung aus einer Steuerkanzlei mit.
- Im deutschen Steuerrecht und in der Rechnungslegung sind Sie sattelfest und wenden DATEV sowie MS Office routiniert an.
- Ihre Arbeitsweise ist strukturiert sowie eigenverantwortlich und Sie haben Freude daran, digitale Kanzleiprozesse mitzugestalten.
- Sie kommunizieren verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch, um Mandantinnen und Mandanten optimal zu betreuen.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
