Als Payroll/Lohnexperte (m/w/d) verbindest du tiefes Fachwissen in der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung mit Produktmanagement-Kompetenz. Du übersetzt fachliche Anforderungen in klare, umsetzbare Software-Lösungen. Als Bindeglied zwischen Anwendern und Entwicklung gestaltest du damit die Weiterentwicklung von edlohn aktiv mit: von der fachlichen Ausarbeitung gesetzlicher Änderungen oder neuer Features bis hin zur erfolgreichen Auslieferung und Kommunikation an unsere Kunden.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du analysierst fachlich und arbeitest gesetzliche Änderungen sowie Kundenanregungen aus – von der Idee bis zur finalen Spezifikation
- Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die betreuten Funktionen in edlohn (End-to-End): von der Konzeption über das Umsetzungssparring mit dem User-Experience- und Entwicklungs-Team bis zur Abnahme
- Du managst operativ die Anforderungen im agilen Umfeld, unterstützt bei der Backlog-Pflege und dem Refinement und erstellst sowie verfeinerst User Stories und Bugs in Jira
- Du erstellst testfähige Akzeptanzkriterien zusammen mit dem QA/Test-Management und führst fachliche Tests und Abnahmen durch
- Du arbeitest mit der Systemberatung/Support zur Lösung komplexer Fallkonstellationen zusammen
- Du tauschst dich aktiv mit externen Institutionen und Gremien im Lohnkontext aus

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung (bei einem Dienstleister/Steuerberater oder direkt beim Arbeitgeber) inklusive relevanter Meldeverfahren (z. B. AAG, EEL)
- Du bist hoch motiviert, fachliche Anforderungen in Software umzusetzen; erste Erfahrung im Produktmanagement/Business Analysis ist von Vorteil
- Du bist vertraut im Umgang mit Jira oder vergleichbaren Tools und sicher im Umgang mit gängiger Office- und Kollaborationssoftware
- Du arbeitest strukturiert und lösungsorientiert, hast eine IT-Affinität, eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und Teamspirit und bist offen für Feedback
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1-Niveau) in Wort und Schrift
- Du bringst idealerweise Erfahrung aus „beiden Welten“ mit – aus der Anwenderperspektive und aus dem Produktmanagement. Alternativ überzeugst du mit der Motivation und Bereitschaft, dir die Business-Analyst-Methodik bei uns schnell und strukturiert anzueignen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
