Was erwartet dich?
- Als erste Ansprechperson am Empfang bist Du für die professionelle Betreuung von Mitarbeitenden sowie Gästen zuständig und managst das gesamte Besuchermanagement.
- Du übernimmst die eigenständige Verwaltung von Schlüsseln und Werksausweisen und dokumentierst alle Vorgänge sorgfältig in unseren digitalen Sicherheitssystemen.
- Durch regelmäßige Kontroll- und Streifengänge auf dem Werksgelände sowie die Durchführung von Schließdiensten gewährleistest Du aktiv die Sicherheit des gesamten Objekts.
- Du arbeitest eng mit Deinen Kolleg:innen im Sicherheitsteam zusammen und bist im Ernstfall die erste Anlaufstelle für interne und externe Kontakte.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Weiterbildung im Sicherheitsbereich (z. B. als Fachkraft für Schutz und Sicherheit oder IHK-geprüfte Schutz- und Sicherheitskraft).
- Ein einwandfreies Führungszeugnis, eine gültige Bewacher-ID und ein Führerschein der Klasse B sind für dich selbstverständlich.
- Mit deiner ausgeprägten Kunden- und Serviceorientierung sowie deiner eigenverantwortlichen Arbeitsweise sorgst du für einen reibungslosen Ablauf.
- Du bringst die Bereitschaft mit, im Schichtdienst sowie an Wochenenden und Feiertagen zu arbeiten.
- Gute Deutsch- und grundlegende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie sichere PC-Kenntnisse bringst du ebenfalls mit.

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact us anytime via email.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
