Als Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik (m/w/d) übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für den Warenein- und -ausgang, die Lagerorganisation sowie die Bestandsführung im ERP-System. Zusätzlich koordinieren Sie ein kleines Lagerteam und sorgen für reibungslose Abläufe im Tagesgeschäft. In dieser Schlüsselposition tragen Sie maßgeblich zur Effizienz und Lieferfähigkeit unseres Unternehmens bei.
Was erwartet Sie?
- Warenannahme sowie Warenein- und -ausgangskontrolle
- Einlagerung und sachgerechte Lagerhaltung
- Be- und Entladen von LKWs
- Innerbetrieblicher Transport von Materialien und Waren
- Verpacken von Endprodukten sowie Vorbereitung für den Versand
- Sicherstellung der ordnungsgemäßen Ladungssicherung
- Buchungen im ERP-System sowie Pflege der Lagerbestände
- Verantwortung für die Bestandsgenauigkeit und Inventurunterstützung
- Fachliche Verantwortung für ein kleines Lagerteam

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachlagerist (m/w/d), Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung
- Gültiger Staplerschein sowie sichere Fahrpraxis
- Führerschein der Klasse B
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen wünschenswert
- Sorgfältige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Teamfähigkeit sowie erste Erfahrung in der Koordination von Mitarbeitenden von Vorteil

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
