Was erwartet dich?
- Du erstellst Kosten- und Budgetpläne als Grundlage für Projektentscheidungen und entwickelst Kostenschätzungen und -kalkulationen – von der Machbarkeitsphase bis zur finalen Kostenprüfung
- Du sorgst für konsistente Annahmen, Strukturen und eine saubere Kostenlogik über alle Projektphasen hinweg und überwachst laufend Plan/Ist, identifizierst Abweichungen und machst Ursachen transparent
- Du erstellst Forecasts, bewertest Kostenwirkungen von Änderungen (Scope, Nachträge, Zeitplanverschiebungen) und leitest Steuerungsmaßnahmen ab, trackst deren Umsetzung und identifizierst Einsparpotenziale
- Du setzt notwendige Budgetanpassungen in Abstimmung mit Projektleitung und Finance/Controlling um und erstellst Kostenkontrollberichte, Finanz-Updates und klare Entscheidungsvorlagen für Management und Stakeholder
- Du arbeitest eng mit Projektleitung, Engineering, Einkauf/Vergabe sowie Finance zusammen und nimmst an Bau- und Kundenbesprechungen teil, bringst die kaufmännische Perspektive strukturiert ein
- Du baust eine Kostendatenbank / Kostenbibliothek (Benchmarks, Kennwerte, Lessons Learned) auf, pflegst sie für künftige Projekte, unterstützt bei Fördermittelanträgen und kaufmännischem Reporting und verbesserst Prozesse so, dass Kostensteuerung im Projektalltag pragmatisch, schnell und verlässlich funktioniert

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen, Bauwirtschaft oder vergleichbar abgeschlossen und bringst mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in diesem Bereich mit
- Du bringst Erfahrung in der kaufmännischen Steuerung von Bau-/Infrastruktur- oder Großprojekten mit (Kostenplanung, Budget, Forecast, Reporting)
- Du hast ein starkes analytisches Verständnis für Kosten, Risiken und Wirtschaftlichkeit
- Du bist sicher in MS Office, vor allem Excel (plus PowerPoint); idealerweise auch MS Project/SharePoint
- Du hast Erfahrung mit SAP und idealerweise mit AVA-Software, z. B. RIB iTWO
- Du sprichst Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher (mind. C1)
