Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie sind Maschinen- & Anlagenbediener (m/w/d) für Spritzgießmaschinen oder haben vergleichbare Erfahrung und möchten umfassende Verantwortung übernehmen, wobei Sie bereits 1-2 Jahre in einer solchen Rolle Erfahrungen gesammelt haben
- Sie haben mehrjährige Berufserfahrung mit Kunststoffspritzguss und in der Mitarbeitendenführung
- Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1), sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich, und solide Grund-Englischkenntnisse (ca. B2)
- Sie haben gute PC-Kenntnisse, insbesondere in MS-Office und Excel
- Sie besitzen ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein, sind zuverlässig, arbeiten selbstständig, sind flexibel und arbeiten vorausschauend
- Sie sind motiviert, leistungsbereit und haben eine gute Auffassungsgabe

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
