Was erwartet dich?
- Du entwickelst und setzt Einkaufsstrategien zur Optimierung der Beschaffungsprozesse um, indem du Markttrends sowie neue strategische Partner beobachtest und analysierst
- Du übernimmst den Einkauf von Software, Hardware, Cloud‑Services und Lizenzen – stets in enger Abstimmung mit der IT, den Fachbereichen und den jeweiligen Lieferanten
- Du identifizierst, bewertest und wählst Lieferanten aus und sicherst den Aufbau langfristiger Partnerschaften. Außerdem führst du Verhandlungen mit Lieferanten durch, um optimale Konditionen sicherzustellen
- Du pflegst eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen, wie Engineering und Projektmanagement, um Abstimmungen von Anforderungen sicherzustellen. Zu deinen Aufgaben gehört die Erstellung von Berichten und Präsentationen für das Management über Einkaufsaktivitäten und -ergebnisse

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit technischem Hintergrund, ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder einen vergleichbaren Abschluss
- Du hast mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung im technischen Projekteinkauf sowie im strategischen Einkauf, idealerweise im Maschinen- und Anlagenbau und verfügst über sehr gute PC-Kenntnisse, insbesondere MS Office-Anwendungen und SAP HANA. Du bringst umfangreiche strategische sowie operative Einkaufskenntnisse mit und hast bereits Erfahrung im Bereich Prozess- und Projektmanagement
- Du bringst eine ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität mit und gehst Herausforderungen mit hoher Analyse- und Problemlösungskompetenz an. In komplexen und widersprüchlichen Situationen handelst du sicher und ambivalent. Als Schnittstellenmanager behältst du den Überblick, bist teamfähig und denkst funktionsübergreifend. Außerdem hast du ein sehr gutes technisches Verständnis für komplexe Sachverhalte. Deine Kommunikation ist klar und überzeugend, du gehst konstruktiv mit Konflikten um und setzt dich mit Verhandlungsgeschick für deine Themen ein. Ein hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung sowie die Fähigkeit, Veränderungen aktiv mitzugestalten, runden dein Profil ab

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
