Was erwartet dich?
- Du überwachst die Ausführung der Projekte auf Übereinstimmung mit den zur Ausführung genehmigten Unterlagen (Baugenehmigung und andere), dem Bauvertrag sowie den allgemein anerkannten Regeln der Technik und den einschlägigen Vorschriften
- Du sichtest und prüfst die Ausschreibungsunterlagen sowie die Ausführungsunterlagen auf Vollständigkeit, Qualität und Baubarkeit
- Du koordinierst und leitest sämtliche Ausbaugewerke vor Ort auf der Baustelle, inklusive Kostensteuerung (u.a. KG300-700)
- Du führst Qualitätsmanagement während der Ausführungsphase durch, unter Beachtung der Termine, Kosten und Qualität der Bauprojekte, sowie Protokollführung
- Du nimmst Leistungen und Lieferungen ab und kontrollierst das Aufmaß mit den ausführenden Unternehmen für sämtliche Gewerke
- Du prüfst die Werk- und Revisionsplanung sowie Dokumentationsunterlagen und unterstützt im Vertragsmanagement (KG300-700)

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen oder in der Architektur – alternativ eine handwerkliche Ausbildung mit entsprechender Weiterbildung und Berufserfahrung
- Du bringst mindestens 3 Jahre Berufspraxis in der Projektabwicklung im gewerblichen Büro-Innenausbau mit in Deutschland, Erfahrungen im Bereich Retail, Gastronomie und Labore sind ein Plus
- Du verfügst über sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse und Erfahrung im Umgang mit modernen SW-Tools, wie z.B. Procore, ASTA Powerproject wären von Vorteil
- Du besitzt Kenntnisse in der Kalkulation, Bauzeitenplanung, Koordination von TGA-Gewerken, sowie im Nachtragsmanagement
- Du arbeitest strukturiert und trittst sicher auf
- Du denkst und handelst lösungsorientiert und beherrschst Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift (mind. B2)
