Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie leiten das Team und steuern die operativen Abläufe
- Sie führen das Logistik-Team fachlich und organisatorisch
- Sie verteilen Aufgaben im Team, koordinieren die Arbeitsabläufe und überwachen die Zielerreichung
- Sie motivieren, coachen und entwickeln die Mitarbeitenden durch Trainings, Feedback und regelmäßige Förderung weiter
- Sie koordinieren die Logistik- und Transportprozesse und leiten die täglichen Logistikabläufe von der Auslieferung der Neuwaren bis zur Rückholung der gebrauchten Verpackungen
- Sie stellen eine reibungslose Koordination zwischen Kunden, Transportdienstleistern und internen Abteilungen sicher

- Verantwortung für die Einhaltung von Zeitplänen, Kosten und Qualitätsstandards
- Planung, Steuerung und Optimierung der Produktionsprozesse zur Sicherstellung eines kontinuierlichen Materialflusses
- Überwachung von Lagerbeständen sowie Erstellung und Umsetzung der Inventurplanung inklusive Jahresinventur
- Prozessoptimierung & Lieferantenmanagement

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Logistik, Wirtschaft, Supply Chain Management oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (mindestens 2 Jahre) im Supply Chain Management, idealerweise mit Führungsverantwortung
- Sie besitzen fundiertes Know-how in Straßentransportlogistik, Produktionsplanung und Inventurmanagement sowie Grundkenntnisse im Zollwesen
- Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und haben sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
- Sie arbeiten analytisch und strukturiert mit ausgeprägtem Prozessverständnis
- Sie sind kommunikationsstark, durchsetzungsfähig und haben einen teamorientierten Führungsstil sowie sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1 Niveau) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2 Niveau)
