MAG-Schweißer (m/w/d) ohne Montage
Was erwartet dich?
- Du fertigst Absetz- und Abrollcontainer nach DIN 30720 und DIN 30722 komplett durchgeschweißt
- Du schweißt im MAG-Verfahren an Serien- und Sonderbauten wie Bahncontainern, wasserdichten Containern und kundenspezifischen Spezialanfertigungen
- Du heftest Bauteile an, führst die Schweißarbeiten aus und bereitest die Nähte für die anschließende Lackierung vor
- Du reparierst beschädigte Container und tauschst einzelne Baugruppen oder Profile (z. B. Türpfosten, Unterzüge) aus
- Du arbeitest eng mit dem Fertigungsteam zusammen und setzt Schweißzeichnungen präzise um

Was bieten wir dir?
- Leistungsgerechte Vergütung zwischen 17 und 20 € pro Stunde sowie zusätzliche Leistungsprämien
- Steuerfreie Sachprämien zu persönlichen Anlässen wie Geburtstag oder Betriebsjubiläum
- Geregelte Arbeitszeiten von Montag bis Donnerstag 06:30 bis 16:00 Uhr und Freitag bis 13:00 Uhr
- Monatlich ausgezahlte Pendlerpauschale zusätzlich zum Gehalt
- Monatlicher Kita-Zuschuss in Höhe von 100 €

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Metallbereich, zum Beispiel als Metallbauer:in, Konstruktionsmechaniker:in oder Schlosser:in (m/w/d)
- Du bringst einen gültigen MAG-Schweißpass mit – das ist zwingende Voraussetzung
- Du kannst Schweißzeichnungen lesen und selbstständig umsetzen
- Idealerweise hast du erste Erfahrung im Stahl- oder Metallbau – Berufseinsteiger:innen mit starker Praxis im MAG-Schweißen sind ebenfalls willkommen
- Du arbeitest präzise, zuverlässig und gerne im Team

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
