Was erwartet dich?
- Sie übernehmen die volle Ergebnisverantwortung für Ihr Portfolio im Bereich der gewerblichen Binnenschiffsversicherung – vom qualifizierten Underwriting bis zur finalen Pricing-Entscheidung.
- Als zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere Vertriebspartner und Vertriebe gestalten Sie den Verkaufsprozess aktiv mit und treiben die Entwicklung von Neugeschäft voran.
- Sie analysieren kontinuierlich den Markt sowie den Wettbewerb, leiten daraus strategische Handlungsempfehlungen ab und teilen Ihre Erkenntnisse proaktiv im Team.
- Sie bringen Ihre Expertise in die Weiterentwicklung unserer Versicherungsprodukte ein und übernehmen die Konzeption sowie Durchführung von Fachschulungen für Vermittler:innen.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Bezug zur Versicherung oder Schifffahrt, oder ein vergleichbares Studium abgeschlossen.
- Sie bringen mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung im Underwriting oder Risk Placement mit, vorzugsweise im Umfeld der Binnenschifffahrt.
- Ihre Arbeitsweise ist eigenverantwortlich und strukturiert, und Sie überzeugen mit Kommunikationsstärke sowie Verhandlungsgeschick.
- Im Umgang mit MS Office sind Sie versiert und zeigen sich offen für neue digitale Tools.
- Sie kommunizieren verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch (C1) und verfügen über gute Englischkenntnisse.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
