Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung idealerweise mit versicherungsfachlichem Hintergrund oder im Bereich der Berufsschifffahrt,
vergleichbare Ausbildung mit dem Schwerpunkt gewerbliche Schifffahrt oder wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium - Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Underwriting bei Versicherungsgesellschaften oder im Risk Placement bei Maklern, Assekuradeuren oder in vergleichbarer Position auf Kundenseite, idealerweise mit Bezug zur Binnenschifffahrt
- Hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung, Einsatzbereitschaft und zeitlicher Flexibilität
- Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
- Fähigkeit zum strukturierten und konzeptionellen Vorgehen
- Verhandlungserfahrung und –geschick
- Selbstsichere Kommunikation und verbindlich-professionelles Auftreten
- Bereitschaft, selbständig organisatorische Aufgaben zu übernehmen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
