Was erwartet dich?
- Qualifiziertes Underwriting im Bereich gewerbliche Binnenschiffsversicherungen
- Zeichnungs- und Pricingentscheidungen nach den jeweils geltenden Zeichnungsrichtlinien und Vollmachten
- Ergebnisverantwortung für den zugeordneten Bereich
- Proaktive Unterstützung unserer Vertriebspartner und der Vertriebe bei Neugeschäftsentwicklungen
- Aktive Mitgestaltung des Verkaufsprozesses durch Beratung von Vermittlern:innen und Vertrieben
- Beobachtung und Kommunikation von Markttrends sowie Mitarbeit der Analyse von Märkten und Wettbewerbern
- Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung von Versicherungsprodukten sowie Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Fachschulungen und Informationsveranstaltungen für Vermittler:innen und Vertriebe

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung idealerweise mit versicherungsfachlichem Hintergrund oder im Bereich der Berufsschifffahrt,
vergleichbare Ausbildung mit dem Schwerpunkt gewerbliche Schifffahrt oder wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium - Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Underwriting bei Versicherungsgesellschaften oder im Risk Placement bei Maklern, Assekuradeuren oder in vergleichbarer Position auf Kundenseite, idealerweise mit Bezug zur Binnenschifffahrt
- Hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung, Einsatzbereitschaft und zeitlicher Flexibilität
- Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
- Fähigkeit zum strukturierten und konzeptionellen Vorgehen
- Verhandlungserfahrung und –geschick
- Selbstsichere Kommunikation und verbindlich-professionelles Auftreten
- Bereitschaft, selbständig organisatorische Aufgaben zu übernehmen
- Versiert im Umgang mit den MS Office Programmen und Offenheit gegenüber neuen Tools

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
