Ihre Aufgaben bei uns:
- Ganzheitliche Beratung unserer Privatkunden im Bereich Kfz-Versicherung - auch für Oldtimer und Exoten
- Analyse bestehender Kfz-Versicherungsverträge sowie Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen
- Abstimmung und Verhandlung mit Versicherern und Dienstleistern im Interesse unserer Kunden
- Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Angeboten sowie Unterstützung bei Vertragsgestaltung und Vertragsmanagement
- Unterstützung unserer Kunden im Schadenmanagement
- Pflege und Dokumentation relevanter Kunden- und Vertragsdaten in unserem CRM-System

Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Kaufmann für Versicherungen und Finanzanlagen (m/w/d) bzw. Versicherungskaufmann / Versicherungskauffrau, ein entsprechendes Hochschulstudium oder eine vergleichbare versicherungsfachliche Qualifikation.
- Berufserfahrung im Versicherungsinnendienst sowie idealerweise in der Beratung von Privatkunden
- Kenntnisse im Bereich der Kfz-Versicherung, idealerweise auch im Umgang mit Oldtimer- und Exotenfahrzeugen
- Strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise sowie eine ausgeprägte Service- und Kundenorientierung
- Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
