Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie unterstützen die Geschäftsführung in administrativen und strategischen Angelegenheiten und übernehmen Verantwortung für geschäftsführungsnahe Projekte
- Sie entwickeln abfallwirtschaftliche Konzepte und Analysen
- Sie steuern interne Veränderungs- und Entwicklungsprozesse
- Sie übernehmen perspektivisch die Geschäftsführung für Planung, Technik + Betrieb und leiten den Zweckverband gemeinsam mit der kaufmännischen Geschäftsführung

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben einen akademischen Abschluss im Bereich Umweltwissenschaften, Biologie, Chemie oder in einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- Sie verfügen über fundierte Fachkenntnisse im Bereich der Abfallwirtschaft und betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse
- Sie besitzen ausgeprägte konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten und Führungskompetenz
- Sie haben ein analytisches und unternehmerisches Denkvermögen sowie eine ziel- und ergebnisorientierte Handlungsweise
- Sie zeichnen sich durch ein hohes Maß an Vertrauenswürdigkeit, Selbstständigkeit, Eigeninitiative und Leistungsbereitschaft aus
- Sie besitzen einen Führerschein der Klasse B

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
