Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist die zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere Privatkunden und begleitest sie eigenverantwortlich von der Angebotserstellung bis zur Vertragsverwaltung.
- Du erstellst passgenaue Angebote in den privaten Versicherungssparten, mit einem klaren Fokus auf die Kfz-Versicherung, und berätst deine Kunden bedarfsgerecht.
- Im Schadenfall übernimmst du die komplette Abwicklung – von der ersten Meldung über die Kommunikation mit den Versicherern bis zur finalen Regulierung.
- Du verantwortest die sorgfältige Dokumentation und Datenpflege aller Vorgänge in unseren modernen Softwaretools und trägst so aktiv zur Prozessqualität bei.
- Du arbeitest eng im Team, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf sicherzustellen und die Betreuung unserer Kunden kontinuierlich zu verbessern.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Versicherungskaufmann (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Du konntest bereits mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Versicherungsbranche sammeln.
- Du bringst fundierte Kenntnisse in den privaten Versicherungssparten mit, insbesondere im Bereich der Kfz-Versicherung.
- Mit deiner kommunikativen, kundenorientierten Art sowie deiner strukturierten Arbeitsweise überzeugst du im täglichen Kundenkontakt.
- Du kommunizierst verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch und hast Freude daran, dich in moderne Softwaretools einzuarbeiten.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
