- Du führst selbstständig die operative Beschaffung von Handelswaren durch
- Du führst Preisverhandlungen im Rahmen bestehender Einkaufsrichtlinien
- Du erstellst und verfolgst Bestellungen im ERP-System nach
- Du stellst die termingerechte Lieferung sicher und überwachst Liefertermine
- Du klärst Preis-, Mengen- und Qualitätsabweichungen und bearbeitest Reklamationen in Abstimmung mit Lieferant:innen
- Du pflegst Lieferanten- und Artikelstammdaten und arbeitest eng mit Produktion, Logistik, Qualität und Buchhaltung zusammen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung oder ein entsprechendes Studium mit und hast bereits fundierte Berufserfahrung im operativen Einkauf, idealerweise in einem produzierenden Unternehmen
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit SAP, Kenntnisse in Reporting-Tools wie Power-BI sind von Vorteil
- Du verfügst über ein sehr gutes mündliches und schriftliches Ausdrucksvermögen in der deutschen und englischen Sprache
- Du zählst gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten, Durchsetzungsvermögen, Zuverlässigkeit, eine strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie Teamfähigkeit zu deinen Stärken

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
