Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die fachgerechte Instandsetzung von Unfallfahrzeugen und richtest Karosserien präzise nach Herstellervorgaben.
- Dabei wendest du moderne Fügetechniken an – vom Kaltfügeverfahren wie Nieten und Kleben bis hin zum fachmännischen WiG-/MiG-Schweißen.
- Zur Schadensanalyse und zur abschließenden Qualitätskontrolle nutzt du modernste elektronische Mess- und Diagnosesysteme.
- Du führst eigenständig Wartungsarbeiten durch und montierst Karosserieteile sowie Zubehör und Zusatzeinrichtungen.
- In enger Abstimmung mit deinen Kolleg:innen aus der Werkstatt und der Lackiererei sorgst du für reibungslose Abläufe und erstklassige Ergebnisse.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Kfz-Mechatroniker:in, Karosseriespengler:in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Idealerweise bringst du bereits Berufserfahrung in der Karosserie-Instandsetzung mit und hast ein gutes technisches Verständnis.
- Eine selbstständige, gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team zeichnen dich aus.
- Du besitzt einen gültigen Führerschein der Klasse B.
- Für die reibungslose Kommunikation im Team und das Verstehen von Arbeitsanweisungen sprichst du fließend Deutsch (C1).
