Was erwartet dich?
- Du konzipierst und entwickelst KI-gestützte Lösungen, um die SEO- und Content-Marketing-Prozesse für unsere Kunden zu automatisieren und zu optimieren.
- Dafür baust du eigenständig automatisierte Pipelines und RAG-Systeme mit Tools wie n8n, Python/JavaScript und integrierst diese über APIs in bestehende Systemlandschaften.
- Als zentraler Ansprechpartner für KI-Themen berätst du unsere SEO- und Marketing-Teams, analysierst deren Bedarfe und übersetzt diese in technische Konzepte.
- Du übernimmst die technische Umsetzung im Backend, sorgst für eine saubere Systemintegration und erstellst eine nachvollziehbare Dokumentation.
- Du evaluierst kontinuierlich neue KI-Technologien, entwickelst Prototypen und treibst so aktiv die Innovation in unseren Marketing-Services voran.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast sehr gute Kenntnisse in Python oder JavaScript/TypeScript und bringst Erfahrung mit Automatisierungstools wie n8n sowie API-Integrationen mit.
- Du hast bereits mit AI-Frameworks wie PydanticAI, CrewAI oder LangChain gearbeitet.
- Du kennst dich in der Backend-Entwicklung aus, idealerweise mit FastAPI.
- Du besitzt Cloud-Kompetenz (z.B. AWS, Azure, GCP) und Erfahrung mit Vektordatenbanken sowie RAG-Systemen.
- Deine analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise zeichnet dich aus und du hast Freude daran, neue Technologien zu entdecken und produktiv zu nutzen.
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch (C1), um dich im Team und mit Kunden optimal abzustimmen.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
