Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist die zentrale Marketing-Ansprechperson für unsere Partner:innen und Multiplikator:innen im Bereich Partner Enablement
- Du entwickelst Vertriebs- und Marketingmaterialien, darunter Broschüren, Präsentationen, Argumentationsleitfäden, Erklärvideos und Webinare
- Du unterstützt unsere Partner:innen dabei, PIONIERKRAFT überzeugend beim Endkunden zu positionieren
- Du analysierst die Wirksamkeit aller Digital Marketing Maßnahmen, wie Conversion Rates, CPL und CLV, und leitest Optimierungsmaßnahmen ab
- Du führst A/B-Tests und Umfragen durch und stellst saubere Tracking- und Datenstrukturen sicher
- Du planst und steuerst unsere Messen und Events, um maximalen Impact zu erzielen, und bist verantwortlich für Website-SEO, Tracking und Conversion sowie Kampagnen und Funnels

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Marketing
- Du bringst Erfahrung im Startup-Umfeld oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle mit begrenztem Budget mit
- Du hast die Fähigkeit, Themen eigenständig voranzutreiben, und eine Hands-on Mentalität mit hohem Eigenanspruch an Ergebnisse
- Du verfügst über ein starkes Verständnis für Marketing-KPIs wie CPL, CR und CLV und bist sicher im Umgang mit Analytics- und BI-Tools
- Du hast ein fundiertes Verständnis von CMS-Systemen, SEO, Tracking und Cookies und bist sicher im Umgang mit Design- und Content-Tools wie Illustrator oder InDesign
- Du hast idealerweise Erfahrung mit AI-Tools zur Content-Erstellung und Skalierung und ein ausgeprägtes Gespür für Zielgruppen und deren Bedürfnisse

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
