Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie erstellen eigenständig technische Zeichnungen, 3D-Modelle und Berechnungen für die TGA-Gewerke (Heizung, Lüftung, Sanitär) mit der CAD-Software Trimble Nova.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Projektleitung wirken Sie maßgeblich an der technischen Ausarbeitung von Neu- und Umbauprojekten mit.
- Sie unterstützen bei der Erstellung von Leistungsverzeichnissen und der Massenermittlung, vorwiegend mit ORCA AVA und Dendrit.
- Als technische Ansprechperson begleiten Sie Ihre Projekte auch vor Ort auf der Baustelle und stimmen sich mit den ausführenden Gewerken ab.
- Sie pflegen die Projektdokumentation und tragen aktiv zur Qualitätssicherung der Planungsunterlagen bei.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Technische:r Systemplaner:in (TGA), Technische:r Zeichner:in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Sie bringen mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der TGA-Planung mit und sind idealerweise vertraut mit Software wie Trimble Nova, ORCA AVA oder Dendrit.
- Ihre Arbeitsweise ist eigenständig und strukturiert, gepaart mit einer schnellen Auffassungsgabe und einem sicheren, kundenorientierten Auftreten.
- Sie kommunizieren verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch (Wort und Schrift), um sich reibungslos im Team und mit Kunden abzustimmen.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
