- Sie führen, motivieren und entwickeln Ihr Pflegeteam fachlich weiter und sind zentrale:r Ansprechpartner:in für alle Belange.
- Sie verantworten die Sicherstellung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer Pflegestandards und optimieren die Arbeitsprozesse, auch mithilfe unserer Pflegesoftware.
- Sie steuern die Personaleinsatz- und Ressourcenplanung für Ihren Wohnbereich unter Berücksichtigung wirtschaftlicher und qualitativer Ziele.
- Sie pflegen einen wertschätzenden Kontakt zu unseren Bewohner:innen, deren Angehörigen sowie externen Partner:innen und repräsentieren unsere Einrichtung nach außen.
- Sie gewährleisten eine lückenlose Pflegedokumentation und wirken bei Bedarf aktiv in der Pflege mit, um Ihr Team zu unterstützen.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine Ausbildung zum Pflegefachmann/Pflegefachfrau (m/w/d), Altenpfleger:in, Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger:in, Kinderkrankenpfleger:in oder sind Krankenschwester (m/w/d)
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zur verantwortlichen Pflegefachkraft (PDL i.S.d. §71 SGB XI) mit einem Umfang von mind. 460 Std. oder ein erfolgreich absolviertes Studium im Bereich Pflegemanagement
- Sie sind empathisch und gehen wertschätzend mit Bewohner:innen, Angehörigen und Mitarbeitenden um
- Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sie verfügen vorzugsweise über zwei Jahre Führungserfahrung

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
