Was erwartet Dich?
- Du übernimmst das selbstständige Einrichten, Bedienen und Überwachen unserer Druckverarbeitungsmaschinen wie Falzmaschinen, Klebebinder und Sammelhefter.
- Du stellst während des gesamten Fertigungsprozesses eine hohe Qualität unserer Druckerzeugnisse sicher und führst regelmäßige Kontrollen durch.
- Du bist für die regelmäßige Pflege, Wartung und Instandhaltung der Maschinen verantwortlich, um einen reibungslosen Produktionsablauf zu gewährleisten.
- Gemeinsam mit deinem Team bringst du dich aktiv in die Optimierung der Arbeitsabläufe und Produktionsprozesse ein, um unsere Effizienz kontinuierlich zu steigern.

Was solltest Du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Industriebuchbinder (m/w/d) oder bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Druckweiterverarbeitung mit.
- Du bist vertraut im Umgang mit Weiterverarbeitungsmaschinen wie Sammelheftern, Falzmaschinen oder Klebebindern.
- Dein technisches Verständnis und dein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein sorgen dafür, dass du stets zuverlässige Ergebnisse lieferst.
- Als lernbereiter Teamplayer bist du einsatzwillig und bringst die Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 2-Schicht-System mit.
- Du verfügst über gute Deutschkenntnisse, um dich sicher im Team abzustimmen.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
