Als Offsetdrucker (m/w/d) bist Du ein zentraler Bestandteil der Produktion und verantwortlich für die Einrichtung, Bedienung und Überwachung modernster Bogenoffsetdruckmaschinen. Du arbeitest mit hochautomatisierten Drucksystemen, insbesondere mehrfarbigen Heidelberg-Druckmaschinen (XL 106-8P), und sorgst dafür, dass Druckprodukte in höchster Qualität und Präzision hergestellt werden.
Was erwartet Dich?
- Du steuerst eigenständig den gesamten Druckprozesses – von der Vorbereitung und Einrichtung der Maschinen bis hin zur laufenden Überwachung der Produktion
- Du stellst die optimale Qualität nach entsprechenden Vorgaben sicher und führst bei Bedarf Feinjustierungen an den Maschinen durch - Ein besonderes Augenmerk liegt hierbei auf der Farbgenauigkeit, Passerpräzision und Detailqualität
- Du analysierst & optimierst die Produktionsabläufe
- Du führst Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten aus, um einen reibungslosen Produktionsablauf sicherzustellen
- Du leistest einen großartigen Beitrag zum Erfolg des Teams

- Du bist teamfähig und bereit in 3 Schichten zu arbeiten
- Du hast idealerweise bereits Berufserfahrung als Drucker (m/w/d) bist aber auch direkt nach der Ausbildung herzlich willkommen bei uns!

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
