Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die Rolle des externen Datenschutzbeauftragten (m/w/d) und betreust Kund:innen, wobei du regelmäßig in einem Umkreis von 100 km um Bayreuth im Einsatz bist
- Du führst eigenständig Meetings bei Kund:innen durch, einschließlich Bestandsaufnahmen, Jour Fixes und Workshops mit verschiedenen Abteilungen
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Erstellung, Prüfung und Pflege von Verzeichnissen von Verarbeitungstätigkeiten sowie die Beantwortung von Anfragen aus den Fachabteilungen, der Geschäftsleitung und von Dienstleistern zu Auftragsverarbeitungsverträgen oder Betroffenen
- Du bist die Ansprechperson für Aufsichtsbehörden und unterstützt bei Datenschutzvorfällen
- Du übernimmst Dokumentationsaufgaben im Rahmen des Datenschutz-Managementsystems gemäß unseren Standards auf unserer Plattform und pflegst das Dokumentationssystem sowie die Tickets für die Aufgabenliste
- Du führst Schulungsveranstaltungen durch oder passt Schulungen für Kund:innen an unsere E-Learning-Plattform an und wirkst bei der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung unserer Standards, Prozesse und Vorlagen mit

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast Erfahrung als interner Datenschutzbeauftragter oder Datenschutzkoordinator (m/w/d) in einem Unternehmen gesammelt
- Du verfügst über einen Abschluss in Rechtswissenschaften oder Informationsrecht oder über Zertifizierungen im Bereich Datenschutz oder Informationssicherheit
- Du bringst mindestens ein Jahr Berufserfahrung mit und hast Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Ticketsystemen und modernen Kollaborationssystemen
- Du denkst in rechtlichen Dimensionen und hast ein technisches Verständnis
- Du bist teamfähig, offen und engagiert, und beherrschst Deutsch und Englisch fließend

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
