Was erwartet dich?

Du übernimmst die Rolle des externen Datenschutzbeauftragten (m/w/d) und betreust Kund:innen, wobei du regelmäßig in einem Umkreis von 100 km um Pforzheim im Einsatz bist
Du führst eigenständig Meetings bei Kund:innen durch, einschließlich Bestandsaufnahmen, Jour Fixes und Workshops mit verschiedenen Abteilungen
Du bist verantwortlich für die Erstellung, Prüfung und Pflege von Verzeichnissen von Verarbeitungstätigkeiten sowie die Beantwortung von Anfragen aus den Fachabteilungen, der Geschäftsleitung und von Dienstleistern zu Auftragsverarbeitungsverträgen oder Betroffenen
Du bist die Ansprechperson für Aufsichtsbehörden und unterstützt bei Datenschutzvorfällen
Du übernimmst Dokumentationsaufgaben im Rahmen des Datenschutz-Managementsystems gemäß unseren Standards auf unserer Plattform und pflegst das Dokumentationssystem sowie die Tickets für die Aufgabenliste
Du führst Schulungsveranstaltungen durch oder passt Schulungen für Kund:innen an unsere E-Learning-Plattform an und wirkst bei der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung unserer Standards, Prozesse und Vorlagen mit

Was solltest du mitbringen?

Du hast Erfahrung als interner Datenschutzbeauftragter oder Datenschutzkoordinator (m/w/d) in einem Unternehmen gesammelt
Du verfügst über einen Abschluss in Rechtswissenschaften oder Informationsrecht oder über Zertifizierungen im Bereich Datenschutz oder Informationssicherheit
Du bringst mindestens ein Jahr Berufserfahrung mit und hast Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Ticketsystemen und modernen Kollaborationssystemen
Du denkst in rechtlichen Dimensionen und hast ein technisches Verständnis
Du bist teamfähig, offen und engagiert, und beherrschst Deutsch und Englisch fließend
